This is the U.S. Navy's Staten Island home port at Stapleton. Is that the Battleship Wisconsin BB-64? Wisconsin and Missouri were in the Persian Gulf in early 1991. Wisconsin was homeported in Norfolk and Missouri on the west coast. Wisconsin was decommissioned in September 1991. Can anyone ID these ships?
